How can I request media accreditation?

To request media accreditation, you must complete all fields of the accreditation application form. You will receive an email confirming your accreditation, as well as the instructions for collecting your press pass during the Summit.

Does my press pass only allow me to access a specific day of the conference or does it give me access to all of them?

All approved accreditations provide access to all days of the conference.

Can I give my press pass to someone else?

No. For security reasons, all accreditations are personalized and non-transferrable.

How do I know that my application has been accepted?

You will receive an email with a notification indicating whether your application has been accepted. The process can take a few days given the large number of applications. Therefore, we request your patience and that you wait at least three days before requesting an update regarding your application.

How can I collect my press pass?

If your request is authorized, you will receive an email with instructions for collecting your pass and gaining access to the Summit.

Can I still receive accreditation after the application deadline?

The application deadline for accreditation requests is June 22, 2020 at 00:00. After this time, media professionals can contact the Summit’s Communication department via email (comunicacion@ue-celac.org), who will then evaluate each request on a case by case basis.
